Definition

  • The Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) is a self reported evaluation of five areas of mindfulness, Observing, Describing, Acting with Awareness, Nonjudging, and Nonreactivity. The FFMQ can be used to assess mindfulness in daily life, be it in response to intervention techniques (e.g., meditation) or independently.
