Definition

  • This term is for the self-declaration of illness is a document that proves that the user is in a situation of illness, declared by themselves, under commitment of honor. Self-declaration of illness can be requested by any worker aged 16 or over and justifies a maximum of 3 consecutive days of absence due to illness.
