Perceived stress scale-14 [PSS-14]

Definition

  • The PSS-14 is a self-reported measure which assess the degree to which the respondent has perceived situations in his/her life within the past month as stressful. It builds on the PSS-10. Perceived Stress Scale 14 (PSS-14) is designed to measure the degree to which situations in one's life are appraised as stressful. This scale has positive and negative question items.
