  • Phase angel (PhA) is obtained as a ratio between the raw measures resistance (R) and reactance (Xc) from bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA). PhA has been considered a predictor of disease severity in clinical conditions, such as malnutrition and increased nutritional risk
