Definition
- In blood volume calculation, the albumin transudation rate is the slope of the regression of the unadjusted volume of dilution from a series of timed samples using log-linear regression. In usual practice, this value represents the rate at which a labeled albumin tracer disappears from the intravascualr space into the extravascular space.
