Definition

Date of the inpatient discharge from the reporting facility after the most definitive surgery. In the absence of surgery, use date of inpatient discharge for other therapy. In the absence of therapy, use date of inpatient discharge for diagnostic evaluation. This discharge date corresponds to the admission date described by Date of Inpatient Adm [590].
