Prior - housekeeping [OASIS]

Definition

  • Identifies the physical, cognitive and mental ability of the patient to perform both heavier and lighter housekeeping tasks, even if the patient does not routinely carry out these activities. The prior column should describe the patient's ability 14 days prior to the start (or resumption) of care visit.
