  • Cummulative score of answers to 15 questions is rated on a scoring grid. The grid sets a range of 0-4 as "normal, depending on age, education, complaints", 5-8 as "mildly depressed", 8-11 as "moderately depressed" and 12-15 as "severely depressed"
