Definition
- Indicates the disease(s)/condition(s) to which is person is judged to be immune. There are two acceptable types of evidenced used to determine that a person no longer needs vaccination because they are presumed to be immune: (1) lab confirmation of immunity, or (2) physician diagnosed history of disease.
