This medication dispensed information collection includes information useful for describing the dispensed drugs and the supply act (who did what and when), the context where the document was produced, and additional administrative information if requested. Some of the additional information may include specification of the kinds of exemptions a patient may have (e.g. older than a specified age, pregnant, etc), or specification of financial information (e.g. the amount of co-payment).
