Definition

  • The PROCAM Health Check is the more detailed version of the PROCAM risk assessment for populations of men and women from 20-78 years of age. It gives a score that reflects an assessment of cotonoary risk. It includes lab values of, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglycerides and blood glucose. It is desgined for physicians and pharmacists. It can be accessed online and is interactive. Numerical scores are correlated with risk percentages.
