  • Total duration of illness includes Prodromal and Residual disabilities as well as the active phase of illness. This must be calculated from first onset of disorder regardless of pattern or course of illness. Prodromal or residual phase is when any 2 of the following symptoms are present before (prodromal) or after (residual) an active episode: Range is 00-99. Maximum is 99
