Platelet-derived growth factor receptor IgG Ab [Presence] in Serum or Plasma by Immunoassay

PDGFR IgG SerPl Ql IA

Definition

  • Platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR) IgG class autoantibodies can be detected by enzyme immunoassays. Results may be interpreted by humans or automated methods and used for the diagnosis of system sclerosis (SSc, diffuse and limited forms) and overlapping syndromes. This code was created for, but not limited to, the detection of PDGFR autoantibodies in Euroimmun's Systemic Sclerosis (Nucleoli) Profile EUROLINE (IgG) test kit.
