Adenovirus C DNA [Presence] in Nasopharynx by NAA with probe detection

AdV C DNA Nph Ql NAA+probe

Definition

  • PCR-based assays detect the presence or absence of DNA from the human adenovirus species C in nasopharyngeal specimens. This code was created for, but not limited in use to, the submitter's test kit, GenMark eSensor Respiratory Viral Panel (RVP), a qualitative nucleic acid multiplex in vitro assay which detects and identifies adenovirus B/E and C nucleic acids in nasopharyngeal swabs from individuals exhibiting signs and symptoms of respiratory infection.
