Definition

  • Qualitative confirmation of mitragynine in urine. Submitter's referral laboratory uses what is usually considered a confirmatory method (e.g. LC/MS/MS) as the initial method for this analyte and then will repeat the measurement with the same high accuracy method on tests that are positive in the first run to confirm them. Results (e.g. positive/negative) are based on a threshold of 1.0 ng/mL.
