Genetic algorithm sensitivity
Definition
- The sensitivity (true positive rate) of a genetic algorithm (e.g. BCRAPRO) used for pedigree (family history) analysis of a given disease. The higher the sensitivity, the more likely the test is able to identify a true positive result.
