Feedback to user--post question response

Definition

  • Feedback text shown to a user after they provide a response to a specific question. This term was created for, but not limited in use to, the Question Feedback Pattern observation in the CDA Questionnaire Form Definition document. This CDA document is used to capture health survey questions or question sets to be administered to a patient.
