  • This term was created for, but not limited in use to, the submitter's Alere TestPack Plus Strep A test kit, which uses a rapid immunoassay for the detection of Group A Streptococcal antigen. The kit needs to come to room temperature if refrigerated (30 minutes specified), then 2- 5 minutes to perform.
