Definition

  • This cold agglutinin panel contains four component tests: 1) a cold agglutinin incubated for 1 hour at 37C temperature, 2) a cold agglutinin incubated for 1 hour at room temperature (22C), 3) a cold agglutinin incubated for 1 hour at 4C temperature and, 4) a cold agglutinin incubated for 24 hours at 4C temperature. Results are report as negative, or when positive, as a titer.
