Definition

  • The grouping and order of priorities for a patient's set of advance care planning goals and preferences. The list of priorities may include personal goals, treatment preferences, and/or experience of care observations. Components assigned a lower sequence number have a higher priority for the person authoring the priorities list, for example, a component assigned a sequence of 1 has the highest priority.
