  • Qualitative detection of nucleic acid sequences in rhinovirus and enterovirus RNA in nasopharyngeal swabs by target amplification and non-probe detection methods, such as melt curve analysis. This assay does not distinguish between the two picornaviruses. This term was created for, but not limited in use to, the submitter's test kit, FilmArray Respiratory Panel (RP) v1.7.
