- Right ventricular systolic pressure (RVSP) can be estimated based on the the peak tricuspid regurgitant jet velocity (TR V), using the simplified Bernoulli equation, along with the estimated right atrial pressure (RAP) [LOINC: 82337-7], which is itself estimated based on the diameter of the inferior vena cava.
