  • This term is used to order bacterial identification and susceptibility testing for a single bacterial isolate. Results will be reported independently as the bacteria identified [LOINC: 43409-2] and susceptibility [LOINC: 29576-6], but ordering them together as one panel will allow appropriate grouping of the results in systems that otherwise would be unable to keep them synchronous.
