Definition

  • A family planning report contains demographic and social characteristics of individuals participating in a specific family planning program, such as the Title X National Family Planning Program administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Population Affairs (OPA). A family planning report may contain information on use of family planning and related preventive health services as well as staffing and revenue. Family planning data may be used to monitor site-specific performance and compliance with legal requirements and to guide future strategic and financial planning.
