  • Qualitative result for Zika virus IgM antibodies in clinical specimens, including serum or CSF. In general, we encourage the use of specimen-specific codes, in this case, [LOINC: 80824-6] for serum and [LOINC: 80823-8] for CSF. However, for certain cases, such as public health reporting, a code with System "XXX" may be used if the specific specimen is reported elsewhere, such as in the HL7 SPM segment.
