Vigorous physical activity.work domain [IPAQ]

Definition

  • A patient's vigorous physical activity in the work domain can be reported as a continuous variable based on the duration (e.g. in minutes) and frequency (e.g. days) of work-related vigorous-intensity activities, such as heavy lifting, digging, heavy construction work, or climbing up stairs. The activity level is reported in MET-minutes/week or MET-minutes/day, although the former is more frequently used and is thus suggested.
