Total physical activity.domestic and garden domain [IPAQ]

Definition

  • A patient's total physical activity in the domestic and garden domain can be reported as a continuous variable based on the duration (e.g. in minutes) and frequency (e.g. days) of vigorous yard work activities and moderate-intensity yard work and domestic (inside chores) activities. The activity level is reported in MET-minutes/week or MET-minutes/day, although the former is more frequently used and is thus suggested.
