Definition

  • This panel should be used to report information about a patient reported outcome measure that does not already have existing specific LOINC codes assigned. The panel contains terms to report the measure name, score, and interpretation of the score. Over time, as the usage of certain measures becomes more common, they may be assigned new, specific LOINC codes, so be sure to check to make sure that specific codes do not exist before using this panel.
