Lifetime suicide risk score [CUBS]

Definition

  • A score from 0 to 4 indicating the history of suicidal ideation as evaluated by the Comprehensive Universal Behavior Screen (CUBS). This scale refers to the risk evaluated over the patient's entire life time. This symptom-score is calculated based on several answers. A score of 0.00 - 0.99 is interpreted as no history suicide ideation and 1.00 - 4.00 as a history of suicide ideation.
