Suicide risk score [CUBS]

Definition

  • A score from 0 to 4 indicating the current level of suicidal ideation as evaluated by the Comprehensive Universal Behavior Screen (CUBS). This symptom-score is calculated based on several answers. A score of 0.00 - 0.99 is interpreted as no current suicide ideation, and 1.00 - 4.00 as currently at risk for suicide.
