Posterior inter-arch deviation Teeth and gum
Post inter-arch deviation Teeth+gum
Definition
- The posterior or 'back' teeth should overlap with the top (maxillary) teeth partially overlaying to the outside. When the lower posterior teeth are partially overlaying the top, this is a posterior crossbite or inter-arch deviation most likely due to the top arch form being too narrow and too small.
