Definition

  • The Duke Treadmill Score provides prognostic information for patients with suspected coronary artery disease. The algorithm includes exercise duration, maximum ST-segment deviation, and exercise-induced angina. The risk stratification from the Duke Treadmill Score has been shown to be predictive of 4-year-survival rates [PMID: 1875969].
