Definition

  • A countermeasure report may contain information about the event or incident ID associated with the countermeasure (e.g. a medical countermeasure), the date the countermeasure was issued, the active period, a description of the countermeasure, the outcome of the countermeasure implementation, and date the next countermeasure report is due.
