Situational report

Definition

  • A situational report (SITREP) contains clear, concise information on the current situation of an event or incident. The report may contain the location of the event, significant activities related to the event, lead personnel or agencies involved, overall mission, operational objectives and priorities, and date the next SITREP will be issued.
