Definition

  • This test is only indicated for patients with previously confirmed diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) for the purposes of cell-of-origin (COO) subclassification of the lymphoma to determine the cell of origin as either activated B-cell (likelihood of activated B-cell > 0.9) or germinal center B-cell (likelihood of activated B-cell < 0.1).
