FOXO1 gene rearrangements in Tissue by FISH
FOXO1 gene Rear Tiss FISH
Definition
- Detection of FOXO1 rearrangements with several translocation partners, including PAX3 and PAX7, by FISH analysis. FISH studies are shown to detect rearrangements not found by PCR, and they will often yield results when the quality of the specimen is poor or the PCR results are equivocal.
