Total score [Skindex-16]

Definition

  • Skindex Total Scores represent an average of the responses to all questions asked across the three domains, Symptom, Emotion and Function. The scores are summed, multiplied by 16.667, then divided by the number of questions asked to present scores in a linear (0-100) scale. As with individual domain scores, higher total scores are associated with lower quality of life.
