Definition
- Skindex Functioning Scores combine the responses to questions concerning affects on relationships, staying home, work, and sleep, which are then converted to a linear scale of 0 to 100. Each scale score for a given domain (Symptoms, Emotions, or Functioning) represents the average of the patient's responses to questions for that domain.
