PHI Scre SerPl Calc

Definition

  • The Prostate Health Index (PHI) combines total prostate specific antigen (PSA), free PSA and p2PSA into a single score that can be used to aid in clinical decision-making. PHI is calculated using the following formula: ([-2]pro-prostate specific antigen/free prostate specific antigen × prostate specific antigen(1/2)). [PMID: 21419439]
