Oxidants [Mass/volume] in Urine

Oxidants Ur-mCnc

Definition

  • This test is performed as part of specimen validity testing. Substance abusers may attempt to evade detection by the addition of a substance to their urine specimen, a number of which are classified as oxidants. Urine specimens with an oxidant concentration of greater than 200 mg/L are considered adulterated, which may affect urine drug testing results.
